Bought a truck from Andy at Jim's Motors and the experience was no B.S. From the first phone call Andy was straightforward, and treated me better than any experience I've had at the "big box" dealers.We had a minor hiccup where the 3rd party mechanic that serviced the vehicle prior to purchase and pickup didn't properly tighten the oil pan drain plug and Andy called me to tell me to take it in ASAP for an oil change and new plug, and he personally sent me the money to make me whole afterwards.You will never get this kind of treatment from a large dealer. Would 10/10 do business with them again.

We bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Kolton at Jim’s Motors and had a great experience. The truck was super clean, and Kolton was straight with us from the beginning. He gave us a fair price, and it was really nice not having to play the usual car dealership haggling game.Jim’s Motors has a smaller inventory, but it’s obvious they focus on quality vehicles. We’d definitely buy from Kolton again and highly recommend checking them out.Honest people and a quality truck—hard to find these days.

From start to finish the easiest buying experience I have had. I had been looking for a particular car for several months and this popped up on their website. I made an appointment with Kolten to see the vehicle that day and he was pleasant, professional and no pressure. The vehicle was in near pristine condition and matched the pictures on their website. The car was priced well and there were no extra BS fees added, just a standard processing fee that was lower than most dealers in the industry. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them or recommending their dealership.
