I dealt with Andy, and this was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve made in the last 10 years. He was professional from day one, and the entire process—from the paperwork to the trade-in—went smoothly. They even fixed the rims and took care of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They deserve 10 stars instead of five!

I've purchased many vehicles over the years and I've worked with a range of different salesman from good to absolutely horrible. Kolton and Andy were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, transparent and honest and they made the process very smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place and both of these guys.For the few complaints I've read in the reviews prior to even looking at the vehicle I found...you are purchasing a used vehicle. They can send these out all day long for an inspection but they can't predict that something will break 3 months from now. If you want a new vehicle I recommend going and buying brand new, but as far as a used car dealership I think these guys are some of the best I've worked with.

Car just showed up today just bought their 2019 Honda Civic type R on the lot for 10 days. It’s a beautiful car. Shout out Andy and Kolton. They helped me through this process, made it so easy even though I live in an entire different state. Shipping process was great helped me with the company I hired. I highly recommend these guys. Great service easy to talk to. Was a great deal. No complaints.

Saw a car online and to be honest was a little nervous being not a chain dealership but 5 stars to Jim’s! Way better experience than a chain. This was my college son’s first car purchase and from all aspects Jim’s delivered. Kind, patient, detailed and put up with all my questions. Kolton and Andy are great peeps!

I purchasd a 2015 Buick Enclave from Kolton Vadnol in October of 2025. He and his father Andy made my buying experience both seamless and pleasant. Trust was immediate and genuine. I also purchased a Gold Standard Auto Network warranty that Kolton highly recommended. Today, I am glad I did. I recently had a breakdown with obvious engine trouble. The Gold Standard folks helped me arrange a tow to the Buick dealership and they stood by their warranty. Over $4500 covered with no problems and no hassle. If you are considering a warranty program offered by Kolton or Andy, remember this review. Good, honest men and a solid, easy to use warranty program. Grant Hall

Bought a truck from Andy at Jim's Motors and the experience was no B.S. From the first phone call Andy was straightforward, and treated me better than any experience I've had at the "big box" dealers.We had a minor hiccup where the 3rd party mechanic that serviced the vehicle prior to purchase and pickup didn't properly tighten the oil pan drain plug and Andy called me to tell me to take it in ASAP for an oil change and new plug, and he personally sent me the money to make me whole afterwards.You will never get this kind of treatment from a large dealer. Would 10/10 do business with them again.

Excellent experience. Not your typical car sales operation. Kolton was honest, smart and efficient. Andy finished the deal and we had paperwork signed in 30 mins. These guys are great.
