From start to finish the easiest buying experience I have had. I had been looking for a particular car for several months and this popped up on their website. I made an appointment with Kolten to see the vehicle that day and he was pleasant, professional and no pressure. The vehicle was in near pristine condition and matched the pictures on their website. The car was priced well and there were no extra BS fees added, just a standard processing fee that was lower than most dealers in the industry. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them or recommending their dealership. Just bought a 2021 Ram Rebel and had an amazing experience from start to Kolton and Andy who went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. I’m so excited to say that my husband and I were excited about landing a deal on this vehicle for me with Colton! He made this process quick and easy in less than 2 hours. We were able to pick up the kiddo from school, get added tint to the windows and return our rental same day. It was such a relief to have stopped by Jim’s Motors because earlier in the day we had a horrible experience with STG Auto Group in Chandler. This team clearly made up for it as they were personable, professional and delivered amazing customer service. We’ll definitely be back for another vehicle when ready and highly recommend Jim’s Motors for a used car that’s affordable because they give 100% to ensure your taken care of!

On of the easiest processes I have done ever everything in all probably took 15-20 minutes and we are out. No crazy extra fees or funny business I’d comeback here to buy again forsure!
